Anyone else remember when Eric Holder said we'd try terrorists and find them guilty?  When the head of the DOJ is claiming guilt without trial, doesn't that make the trial pointless?

How easy is it for a terrorist to get a mistrial?  Simple, just put Eric Holder in charge.  Some slick asshole lawyer will use Holder's words against him to have a mistrial declared.

This will be interesting, Andrew Breitbart is calling out Attorney General Eric Holder.  That Obamaton might actually do his job and investigate ACORN, but I doubt it.
