Define "neutral"

Net neutrality is a nice orwellian word for the opposite of neutrality.  As of now, the government has no real regulations over the internet.  They are truly neutral NOW.  A lefty proposal called "net neutrality" is anything but neutral, and allows the govenment to step in and make a bunch of stupid rules and regulations, and exercise more control.  The government has already proposed a so-called "fairness doctrine" on radio, because conservatives make a lot more sense than liberals when there is no showmanship to distract you.  Unfortunately for NPR, even with the fairness doctrine, they'd still be very, very boring.     Sounds like the idea of a tyrant to me.  The logic of the losers:  If you can't win the game, change the rules until you can.  Click the link below for more thurough arguments on the subject.
