The BC Distraction

Obama has done something no one could have predicted, he release is long form birth certificate.  After 2 1/2 years, he's finally released a certificate of live birth.  Now, why would he release this thing, and why would it have such obvious flaws in it (lightly penciled numbers and x's, father's race as African, etc.  Well, the answer is simple:  Distraction.  The economy is failing, the dollar is failing, and the defense secretary decided to quit.  That's the long and short of it.  Obama needs a boost, and unfortunately, the ignorance and blind acceptance of the American People have given him a much needed boost in the approval polls.  The dumbing down of the American people is almost complete. Even I am making grammatical errors.  Soon we will all be useful idiots, and who's to say that's not a good thing.  After all, ignorance is bliss.

Dear Mr. President:
For more than seventeen years, I have had the privilege of serving my country as a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, including overseas assignments in imminent danger/combat areas in Bosnia and Afghanistan.
The United States is an example to the rest of the world of a stable, civilized democratic government where all men are created equal and the rule of law is cherished and obeyed. The U.S. military teaches and promotes the rule of law and civilian control of the military to many other nations and militaries around the world. Every soldier learns what constitutes a lawful order and is encouraged to stand up and object to unlawful orders. My officer's oath of office requires that I swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
I recently received deployment orders for a second deployment to Afghanistan. My orders included a requirement to bring copies of my birth certificate. I will provide a certified copy of my original birth certificate with common, standard identifiers, including the name of an attending physician and a hospital. Every day in transactions across the country, American citizens are required to prove their identity, and standards for identification have become even stricter since the terrorist attacks on 9/11.
Since the fall of 2008, I have been troubled by reports that your original birth certificate remains concealed from public view along with many other records which, if released, would quickly end questions surrounding your place of birth and "natural born" status. Many people mistake the online Certification of Live Birth for an original birth certificate. Until the summer of 2009, the Hawaiian Department of Homelands would not accept this Certification of Live Birth to determine native Hawaiian identity--the Department insisted upon also reviewing an original birth certificate. Many do not understand that the online document was from 2007, generated by computer, laser-printed, and merely a certification that there is an original birth certificate on file which may or may not be sufficiently probative. An original birth certificate is the underlying document that presumably includes a hospital and attending physician's or midwife's name that should lay to rest the "natural born" dispute.
In 2008, after pressure from the news media, Senator McCain produced an original birth certificate from the Panama Canal Zone; a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing examined and affirmed his "natural born" status and Constitutional eligibility to serve as President. The U.S. Senate was silent about your eligibility, despite statements from Kenyan citizens that you were born in Mombasa, including your paternal grandmother and the Ambassador from Kenya to the U.S. during a radio interview. Hawaiian state officials claim they cannot release an original birth certificate without your consent.
I have attempted through my chain of command for many months to get answers to the questions surrounding your eligibility. I also sought answers, unsuccessfully, through my Congressional delegation. You serve as my Commander-in-Chief. Given the fact that the certification that your campaign posted online was not a document that the Hawaiian Department of Homelands regarded as a sufficient substitute for the original birth certificate and given that it has been your personal decision that has prevented the Hawaiian Department of Health from releasing your original birth certificate or any Hawaiian hospital from releasing your records, the burden of proof must rest with you.
Please assure the American people that you are indeed constitutionally eligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief and thereby may lawfully direct service members into harm's way. I will be proud to deploy to Afghanistan to further serve my country and my fellow soldiers, but I should only do so with the knowledge that this important provision of our Constitution is respected and obeyed. The people that continue to risk their lives and give the ultimate sacrifice to the service of our country deserve to know they do so upholding their vows to the oath of office and the Constitution.
Unless it is established (by this sufficient proof that should be easily within your power to provide) that you are constitutionally eligible to serve as President and my Commander-in-Chief, I, and all other military officers may be following illegal orders. Therefore, sir, until an original birth certificate is brought forward that validates your eligibility and puts to rest the other reasonable questions surrounding your unproven eligibility; I cannot in good conscience obey ANY military orders.

How depressing, I suppose I'm banned from the conservative movement for wanting evidence the president is eligible to hold office.  The problem with anti-birthers is simple.  They can't produce Obama's long form vault copy birth certificate.  I looked at my own Birth Certificate just recently, and found much more information than you'll ever find on Obama's certification of live birth posted online.  Asking Americans to have faith in a man who's been caught blatantly lying in his own autobiographies seems more "crazy" than wanting this guy to show his credentials to hold the highest, most powerful office in the land.  Now, I make no accusations toward the president about his citizenship, but I do accuse him of hiding something.  Many lawsuits have been brought on this issue, but instead of just giving up the BC, birther lawyers have been fought every step of the way.  All of the lawsuits have one thing in common:  They are all dismissed on "lack of standing" or "lack of jurisdiction."  This means, the court decided it didn't even have the authority to hear the case, or We the People haven't had the authority to bring the case.  Suspiciously, instead of releasing the certificate, the Justice Department has used countless taxpayer dollars to tie the lawsuits up in red tape, as well as delay tactics.  The State of Hawaii has only fanned the flames of controversy, by talking about the document (violating privacy rights), and then claiming it can't be released because it violates Obama's privacy.  How can you send out a press release on a private document?  Does this make sense to anyone?  With another twist, now the Hawaii attorney general has decided not to back up anything in those press releases, declining to comment instead.

Now, I'm not in Obama's shoes, but if I and I didn't have anything to hide, or I wanted the people of the United States to stop questioning my eligibility, I'd release the BC and be done with it.  Why drag this out in the courts for over a year? 

In the end, this is actually a good thing for birthers.  It's like when Atheists get fired up about God, screaming that he doesn't exist and trying to ridicule people that believe in Him.  If there is no God, then why worry about whether people worship him or not?  I look at conservatives attacking birthers as the same thing.  Why would you go out of your way to ridicule something you claim is too ridiculous to take seriously in the first place?  Why would Glenn Beck be on the hunt for Truthers if they weren't on to something?

I want to be very clear, believing in a theory can be foolish.  Just look at global warming and climategate.  The only thing more foolish is having faith in a government, which has been caught lying to us more than once.

PHOENIX (AP) — Nearly half of the Arizona Legislature wants to force President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate to state officials if he runs for re-election.A state House committee on Tuesday approved the measure sponsored by 40 of the state's 90 legislators. It would require presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the requirements to be president.All 40 co-sponsors are Republicans, comprising 75 percent of the GOP caucus. Two of them have since resigned to run for Congress.The idea was proposed by Skull Valley Republican Rep. Judy Burges. She says if people have to prove their citizenship to apply for a job or get a passport, they should have to prove it to run for president.

I could use $100,000 in these tough times, couldn't your?  Keep in mind WND Editor and Chief Joseph Farah has already pledged a $15,000 donation to BO's birth hospital if the hospital, or anyone else could prove Obama was born there.

Forged Credentials

Anyone who thinks the Obama COLBs found on Factcheck.org and Snopes are genuine, I have a question for you. How is Barack Obama's COLB genuine if it classifies his father as African? Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite."

Barack Obama hasn't released his birth records so a hospital can claim a $10,000 donation, giving some credibility to the question of his eligibility. Obama has made it obvious he isn't interested in helping the hospital he was born in, so Joseph Farah, the founder of WND has decided to up the ante. Farah is now offering $15,000 to any hospital to provide proof of Obama's birthplace. The confusion first started when Obama's half-sister Maya, claimed he was born at the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu. Later, Snopes and Factcheck had to scramble to change this when the story was changed to Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women. As a matter of fact, websites such as fightthesmears, and factcheck have posted images of a Certification of Live Birth, which is a computer generated facimile containing no signatures from the birth doctor or any birth witnesses. The document also only specifies the city, not the hospital. Many lawyers have filed suit in court on behalf of civilians and military personnel to obtain Obama's birth documents. Instead of releasing these documents, he has let this issue drag almost a year into his presidency now. This story has taken so many twists and turns, and the details are conveniently left out of mainstream media reports. Even Saudi owned Fox News has done a sub-par job of covering the issue. WND has covered this story with over 300 seperate articles, but they are a rather conservative online publication. They are in the Whitehouse Press Pool, and a very successful widely read publication. While sometimes they use "shocker" headlines to get you to click on stories, their coverage of this story is the best in the business. Before you dismiss all "birthers" as crazy conspiracy theory racists, read some of the 300 articles linked above and come to your own conclusion. Even if this story doesn't get you to at least question the issue of Obama's eligibility, at least your conclusions will be as informed as possible.

This is from factcheck.org.  Factcheck is heavily funded by democrat leaning organizations like The Annenberg Group, so birthers aren't willing to trust this document, especially with date/serial # conflicts between the two documents.  This second image was the best Factcheck could do to prove Obama's birthplace, is it enough for you?

There are many more issues that raise doubts, and I encourage everyone to explore not just WND's coverage, but all coverage on this story.  I doubt the lawsuits will lead to anything, because Congress are the only ones with the power to remove the president, and they will all look bad if they do, especially the DNC for having certified the usurpation of the office of POTUS. 

Birther movement will not go away

The Birther movement is still going after a year, something that could've been decided before the election with as little as $12. For some reason, Obama does not feel compelled to show this document in the face of hundreds of lawsuits, and 12 citizen grand jury indictments. Granted, Obama has not lost a case yet, but I can't see how he would. Courts are not the proper venue to challenge the president's eligibility.

Unfortunately, I can't defeat the birther argument, they make valid points. One of which is, why not release his vault copy long form birth certificate?  Now, I know what a lot of people are screaming at their computer:  "He posted it online!"  First, Obama didn't post anything, Factcheck.org did.  Second, Factcheck.org is owned by liberals in association with the annenberg group, hardly unbiased.  Third, the two people Factcheck.org sent to verify Obama's Certification of Live Birth had no training in forensic document analysis.  Fourth, when Congress verified the election results, Dick Cheney failed to call for objections.

Now, for you to understand why Obama's online birth certificate is unacceptable, you need to understand what the birthers are after.  The document posted on Factcheck.org is called a certification of live birth.  This document does not include the birth hospital, or any signatures from witnesses of the birth.  It is computer generated based on information found on the Vault Copy Birth Certificate.  Here's an example of what birthers are looking for:

As you can see, the document birthers are after has much more information, as well as signatures.  This particular BC was issued very close to Obama's supposed birthday.  Now, perhaps you understand what the fuss is about.  No President has ever refused to release birth documents, and school records.  Before the election John McCain released his less than stellar academic records, as well as his birth certificate.  Why Obama can't seem to do the same thing is beyond me, and only rouses suspicion.  This is why the birther movement has not subsided.  Unfortunately, that will still not satisfy some.  Some birthers claim the proof is not in where Obama was born, but in his parentage.  Fathered by a subject of the UK, birthers claim Obama is disqualified by the Constitution no matter where he was born because of divided allegiences.

Now that we have the background established, we can get to birther lawyer Orly Taitz's open letter to Attorney General Eric Holder:

On March 1st on behalf of my clients I have submitted to you a request to file Quo Warranto against Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. The request was filed due to following troubling facts:

1. According to a number of licensed investigators National Databases show Mr. Obama using as many as 39 different Social Security numbers, which included the numbers of deceased individuals and numbers never assigned.

2. Number 042-68-4425 that Mr. Obama used for most of his life and is currently using while residing in the White House, is a number assigned to an individual born in 1890, who resided in the state of Connecticut and this Social Security number was issued in the state of Connecticut where Mr. Obama never resided.

3. One of the leading forensic experts in the country Ms. Sandra Ramsey Lines has prepared an affidavit, stating that Mr. Obama’s short version Certification of Life Birth cannot be treated as genuine without seeing the original on file in the Health Department in HI.

4. The state of Hawaii since 1911 had in its statutes a provision allowing Foreign born children of Hawaiian residents of get Hawaiian Birth Certificates(currently statute 338-17) and currently statute 338-5 allows one to get a birth certificate based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence from the hospital.

5. In spite of over 100 law suits filed around the country and 12 Citizen Grand Jury indictments Mr. Obama refused to sign a consent to unseal his original birth certificate currently sealed in the Health Department of the state of Hawaii and all the other vital records.

6. Ms. Chiuomi Fukino, Director of the Health Department of the State of Hawaii has provided a statement that there is a document on file in Hawaii, however she refused to provide any information, as to what document is on file: whether it is a Birth Certificate given to a foreign born child of Hawaiian resident, whether it is an amended Birth certificate, obtained when Mr. Obama was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather. She refused to answer any questions as to whether his birth certificate was obtained based on a proper hospital birth certificate or based on a statement of one of his relatives only, which needs to be corroborated.

7. Regardless of place of birth of Mr. Obama, since birth and until now Mr. Obama had a split allegiance. He had British citizenship at birth, Kenyan since age 2 and Indonesian since age 5. Allegiance to other Nations goes as a clear violation of the Natural citizenship clause of the article 2 section 1 of the Constitution.

8. Under the Freedom of Information act 5 US 552, since no response was provided to numerous certified mail letters received by your office nine months ago, I demand a written response or Administrative hearing on the matter within 30 days. On behalf of my clients I demand an answer, as to when the Quo Warranto against Mr. Obama will be filed by the US Attorney General office, or in the alternative if the Attorney General office refuses to file Quo Warranto, I demand an ex-relator status for my clients to proceed with the Quo Warranto action against Mr. Obama in the DC court or the Supreme Court of the United States.

Seems like enough to at least be suspicious, what do you think?  Does the media keep trying to kill this story because it's true?  CNN tried several times to kill the story, and even fired Lou Dobbs for bringing it up.  CNN even falsely claimed that Obama's vault copy birth certificate had been destroyed, which was quickly corrected by the Hawaii DoH when questioned about it.

Now that Obama has the Presidency, he should be held to his pledge to bring transparency to government.  Let's start with the Commander-in-Chief's credentials, shall we?

 

 

The War on Congress

That's right, Mario Apuzzo is still at it, and now he's going after Congress for not investigating the eligibility of a certain President Elect.  The case was dismissed, but merely because the judge found a way to put the case out of his jurisdiction.  There was no answer to the charges of ineligibility, or the Congress' failure to investigate the current President.  While other "birther" lawyers attack Obama and the DNC directly, Apuzzo is focused on the Constitutional guardians of the office of the President of the United States of America:  Congress.
