Here we go..... Ben Nelson is upset that the constitutionality of his kickbacks are being investigated. He says they weren't his idea, yet refused to sign on to the healthcare bill until those kickbacks were in place. Now, I may not be as politically savvy as some, but I'm smart enough to figure out why this guy is backing away. Latest poll numbers show Nelson would be defeated solidly in the election if it were held today.
